On 27th September 2025, Blaze Health Foundation will host a Community Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Walk in the Ogba/Ikeja area of Lagos State.

This walk is part of our commitment to raise awareness about suicide prevention and children’s mental health. Every year, millions of young people silently struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges — yet many never receive help because of stigma and silence.

Through this walk, we aim to:
✔ Break the silence around suicide and mental health.
✔ Educate the public on how to recognise early warning signs.
✔ Encourage open conversations within families and communities.
✔ Remind every child, teenager, and young person that they are not alone.

The walk is open to parents, teachers, students, health workers, community members, and anyone passionate about creating a safer world for our children and young people.
