Blessing Edet is the Founder and Executive Director of Blaze Health Foundation, where she leads initiatives focused on improving the mental health and well-being of children, teenagers, and young adults. With 10 years of experience in program management across national and international non-profits, she brings a strong blend of expertise in program design, leadership, and impact-driven advocacy. As a Mental Health Counsellor, Health Promotion Specialist, and Research Analyst, Blessing is committed to creating safe spaces, building awareness, and providing evidence-based support systems that empower young people to thrive. Her passion stems from her own lived experiences and a deep commitment to ensuring that no child feels unseen or unsupported. Under her leadership, Blaze Health Foundation continues to champion innovative programs, community outreach, and national advocacy that place children’s mental health at the forefront of conversations.
